Noe Consulting begins our engagement by asking you to take a self assessment to provide us with transparent and authentic information about your company.  Our work, to create the best plan possible requires candid discussions with your Senior Executives and key employees. We require all participants to demonstrate a willingness to provide transparent and candid feedback. During this process, our consultants will not only assess the quality of the information but also assess the participant schedule willingness to honestly evaluate your company in term so of readiness and commitment to undergo a change. Noe Consulting operates on the principals of alignment, not consensus for these reasons and we want any organization seeking our services to truly be ready and willing to do the work necessary to become a great organization. 

Only after an Organization has completed a self assessment and aligns on a need to  proceed in a different direction in terms of developing an HR Strategic Plan, are they ready to begin the process.
