Christopher Comma is the founding principal and Managing Partner.  Christopher, is a veteran of the U.S. Navy, a former Eagle Scout, and has over twenty (20) years of HR experience with an emphasis in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Design, Disability Management, Employee Wellness, HR Compliance Management, Recruitment, Diversity and Inclusion, and Compensation strategy in the United States and several provinces in Canada.  Christopher is a graduate of City University of New York where he completed his Bachelor of Arts and University of Iowa where he completed his juris doctorate.  

In Christopher’s downtime, he is avidly training in CrossFit, reading about a range of multiple topics, and listening to relevant podcasts to increase his learning about topics of interest.
