The name Noe Consulting was inspired from the Hawai'ian meaning of the word which means "Mist, fog, vapor, rain spray, or to form a mist."  We chose this name because it’s meaning conveys our approach to dealing with people, employees and organizations.  It is our fundamental belief that our version of consulting should not be oppressive, dictatorial, directive or should not focus on telling a client all of things they are doing well and what to do to improve.  Rather, the desire to change has to be formed by the client and our role is to evoke such desire from the client and then harness the desire and the plan which often exists buried within.  We do this via a light touch to accomplish our overall goal.
